CARROLLTON, TX – September 22, 2025 – Sentinel, a global leader in automated ink management solutions, is proud to announce the launch of Ranger—a groundbreaking ink delivery system set to fully automate ink replenishment for high-volume printers. Building on the advanced automation and proven success of Sentinel’s Pinnacle Award-winning iPro system, Ranger will make its North American debut at PRINTING United Expo in Orlando, FL, October 22–24, where attendees can see demonstrations at Booth #4608.

Ranger transforms high volume ink delivery by drawing directly from bulk 50-gallon drums to provide a continuous, uninterrupted flow to the press. This technology ensures consistent ink levels in the fountain, longer production runs, and reliable color and print quality across every job. The system is compatible with virtually any ink formulation printers pump—whether electron beam (EB) inks for food-safe durability, UV inks for vibrant versatility, or conventional offset inks for everyday jobs.
Beyond performance, Ranger delivers measurable cost savings. By reducing ink waste, printers can cut ink costs by up to 25% while minimizing make-ready and cleanup time. Fully compatible with both new and legacy presses, Ranger integrates seamlessly with industry-standard pumps, making it an impactful upgrade for high-capacity production environments.
